When I got back to the car and grabbed my water bottle there was actually stream rising off my arms and legs!

Post marathon bus #1
It started out a bit chilly and foggy but the sun came out and burnt the fog away. Managed 15km today, must remember to wear decent socks for longer distances as these started to rub. The new trainers felt OK and overall pretty pleased considering the silly start time but to be fair there's little traffic about and quite a few dog walkers, cyclists and runners making the most if the quiet start to the day
